Everyone is quite tensed about staying fit and healthy during pregnancy and also during breastfeeding. These are the most overwhelming time for almost every mother or woman.


Well, staying hydrated is equally important for pregnant women, breastfeeding mothers, and others as well. Drinking enough quantity of water can make you feel fresh, calm, and relaxed.

When you are pregnant or breastfeeding, your fluid volume increases, you need that water in to just help with your baby the amniotic fluid and that's the fluid that's in and around your baby kidney function your baby's kidney function and so that extra blood volume that you have its needs to flow well I mean it literally builds new tissue.


Some benefits of proper hydration would be that it decreases conservation which we know is a pregnancy issue, and it reduces the edema, so it kind of seems counterproductive when we see someone who's swelling, and they're their feet and filled with fluid, and we tell them to drink more water that will help and I kind of look at you like well have that balance, and it's the sodium that swallows your body.
